Yes, we offer standard delivery at Rs.199 on all orders. However, you can enjoy free delivery on purchases above Rs.4,999.
How does your exchange policy work?
If you’d like to exchange your item, simply share your exchange details with our representative on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Our rider will collect the item from your doorstep and deliver your new exchange for a flat fee of Rs.350. Your replacement will arrive within 4–5 working days.
How does your return policy work?
If you’d like to return your parcel, our representative will share the return address. You can send it back through any courier service (MNP, PostEx, Leopard, etc.) with delivery charges paid by you. Once received, we’ll verify your parcel within 2 days and issue a refund via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer.
A fee of Rs.200 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
